Research interests:

My special research interests include; Understanding the origin and evolution of magmatic rocks through the application of geochemical techniques; use of geochemical tools to unravel the major differentiation processes throughout Earth's history; application of geochronological techniques to provide time scales for geological processes and events.

My favorite dating candidates: micas, garnet, zircons, titanite, monazite as well as whole rock powder. Techniques used include: conventional Rb-Sr, Sm-Nd and U-Pb ID, single zircon thermal evaporation and SHRIMP.
